What hair products are there for curls?

1. Curling gel

Among the products for curly hair, curl gel is the product that offers the most hold and fixation.

The gel forms a film around the hair and holds the individual curls together. This allows the hair to be shaped and your curls retain a strong definition.

With the Curly Girl method, the curl gel is kneaded into damp hair and then dries to form what is known as a “gelcast” – a solid film that encloses the hair.

Your curls will then be hard and crunchy. After drying, this gel cast is broken up with your hands by kneading it out. What remains are soft and defined curls .

2. Conditioner

Conditioners are more than just a rinse for curly hair. They are probably one of the most important products for keeping curls healthy and making curly hair care easier.

After washing, apply the conditioner to wet hair and then begin detangling each strand .
