How long does shipping take?
Our products usually reach you within Germany within 1-3 working days after your order. For deliveries to countries outside Germany, the shipping time is usually 3-6 working days.
Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not working days.
In exceptional cases, such as during sales events or at Christmas time, there may be delays. Nevertheless, we always do our best to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
Our packages are sent exclusively with DHL - whether within Germany or internationally.

We deliver to all EU countries, Switzerland and Norway.
Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation?
Of course, that’s no problem for us.
Please note the correct information at packing stations.
1. Street field = write "Packstation"
2. House number field = three-digit number of your desired Packstation
3. Address supplement = your postal number
Then just add the postcode and the location of the Packstation – done!
