When will I receive my first curl box?
You will receive your first box between 5-10 days after ordering your Lockenbox subscription :)
Do I have to reorder my curl box every month?
No, you do not need to reorder the Curl Box after your first order. Because once you have ordered a Curl Box, you automatically have a fixed place in the subscription until you cancel. So as long as you have an active subscription, your Curl Box will automatically be sent to you every month or every 2 or 3 months.
How can I change my delivery interval?
You can easily change your delivery interval directly after your Lockenbox subscription order in your customer account.
1. Log in to your customer account.
2.Click on "Manage Lockenbox Subscription" and then go to "Membership". There, click on your Lockenbox subscription.
Here you can adjust your delivery interval to 1, 2 or 3 months at any time.
Are the products CGM-safe/CGM-approved?
Yes. All curl boxes are therefore free from: non-washable silicones, sulfates, drying alcohols, mineral oil-based products, non-washable, petroleum-based waxes and parabens.
Can I cancel, pause or reactivate my membership?
Of course! You can pause, cancel and reactivate your subscription at any time via your customer account without any ifs or buts :) The 5th of every month is the cancellation period to stop your next box from being sent.
