Delivery Conditions

(1) We deliver the Lockenbox free of shipping costs within Germany.

All online store products are free of shipping costs within Germany from a value of goods of 65€. Below a value of goods of 65 € 2.90 € per order will be charged.

(2) We deliver to all EU countries, the USA, Switzerland and Norway. The countries with specific shipping costs are listed below:

Shipping costs online store:

Austria: From 65 € there is a charge of 3 €.
Below 65 € 6,50 € will be charged.

Switzerland: From 75 € there is a charge of 5 €.
Under 75 € 11 € will be charged.

Netherlands: From 75 € there is a charge of 4 €.
Below 75 € there is a charge of 9,45 €.

Liechtenstein, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom:

Above 75 € there is a charge of 6 €.
Below 75 € 12,90 € will be charged.

Shipping costs Lockenbox subscription:

For shipping to Austria there is a charge of 3 € per box.

For shipping to the Netherlands there is a charge of 7 € per box.

For shipping to Switzerland there is a charge of 12 € per box.

For shipping to Norway there is a charge of 17 € per box (We are VOEC registered).

For shipping to/in: Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Poland and Czech Republic, Monaco are each per box 9 €.

For shipping to/in: Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary and United Kingdom there is 11 € per box.

For delivery to: Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Cyprus, Montenegro are 12 € per box.

For delivery to the USA there is a charge of 28 € per box.

(3) Self-collection of the goods is not possible.

(4) We also deliver to packing stations.

(5) The delivery time is 3-5 business days after the delivery date. In's EU foreign countries, the delivery time may be longer.

(6) There is a legal 14-day right of withdrawal. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

The prices listed on the product pages include the statutory VAT and other price components and do not include the respective shipping costs.
