Lockenbox FAQ

Your box is usually shipped between the 4th and 7th working day of the month. It should reach you before the 10th of the month. You will receive a tracking e-mail from DHL on the day when the Lockenboxes are dispatched.

EXAMPLE You have ordered your Lockenbox subscription in May, then your first Lockenbox will be shipped in the beginning of June. Or let´s say you have ordered your Lockenbox subscription in August, then you will receive your first box in the beginning of September. The same concept applies to all other months.

This applies to flexible monthly subscriptions: 

You have the possibility to cancel monthly and can issue the automatic renewal in your customer account if you do not want to receive any more boxes. Please note: Make sure to please cancel before the 10th of the month at the latest. Because then we can still prevent you from being billed and from your box being sent out, so that another happy subscriber can get your place instead. Otherwise you will still get the next box and you will be charged for it. Thanks a lot for your help with this!

We debit the amount every month on the 10th of the month. This amount refers to the next box we send, which is always sent at the beginning of the month. For example, the amount is collected on the 10th of March for the April box. Always about 2 1/2 weeks before the shipping date.

Please log into „My Account” to turn off the automatic renewal feature in your account. To do so, log in and then select the „Subscriptions” option, to see the available settings. Alternatively you can also contact our customer service  who will be happy to help you with the cancellation of your subscription

If your Lockenbox was damaged on the way to you, please contact our customer service  and send us a photo of the damage and a brief explanation of the damage. Our customer service will happily help you find a solution.

Your refund or replacement will be processed as soon as we receive confirmation from our store that the goods have been received. We will then send you an e-mail to keep you informed about the further process and the time window.

If you receive an email informing you of payment problems with your subscription, please log into your account and check or update your payment information. If you have problems with this, please contact our  customer service who will be happy to help you.

If you have used a discount code or offer with your subscription, please note that this discount applies only to this certain box. All other boxes will be charged at the normal price.

You can pay for your subscription with the following payment methods:

•    PayPal

•    Credit Card

There are no shipping costs for shipping within Germany.
For shipping to/into: Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland and the Czech Republic 10,41 Euro/box is charged.
For shipping to/into: Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary and Great Britain, 11.43 Euro/box is charged. 
For delivery to: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania and Cyprus 11.84 Euro/box is charged.

*We reserve the right to adjust the shipping prices for EU countries at any time.

Lockenbox delivers to all EU countries and Switzerland.

Please ändere change your delivery address before the 20th of a month, so that we can make sure to deliver to the right address. If you miss the date, please contact our customer service at customerservice@lockenbox.com. We then try to adjust your delivery address before sending out your box.

This can happen and is part of the Lockenbox concept. Lockenbox allows you to experiment and this also means that not all products can become your favorites.
But at the same time we do not want to support product waste.
So what are your options?
1. You have a friend with wavy/curly hair?
Give away the valuable products that your hair doens´t like. 
-->One curly’s trash is another curly‘s treasure.
2. Don´t give up!
Product combination is a science in itself! Products might work very well in combination with other products or simply in a lower dose or even changing the order of the application might do the trick! So you might want to reconsider and put the product in your cupboard for now and give it a second or third try again in a few weeks!

In general you have a 14-day cancellation period after your order. Please note, however, that we cannot take back products that have been used or opened. We will only accept returns if the box and the products in it are returned in the same condition as they arrived at your home.
The customer bears the costs for the return shipment (except for damaged goods).

Yes. All boxes are conform with what Lorraine Massey says in her handbook. Thus Lockenbox is free from: silicones, sulfates, drying alcohols in styling products, mineral oil based products as well as petroleum based waxes that cannot be removed without sulfates or warm water.
