How long does shipping take?
Our products usually reach you within Germany within 1-3 working days after your order. For deliveries to countries outside Germany, the shipping time is usually 3-6 working days.
Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not working days.
In exceptional cases, such as during sales events or at Christmas time, there may be delays. Nevertheless, we always do our best to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
Our packages are sent exclusively with DHL - whether within Germany or internationally.

What is a leave-in conditioner?
Leave-in conditioner can be described as a type of hair treatment without rinsing . It is applied directly after washing the hair and, unlike a conventional conditioner or hair treatment, can remain in the hair after application and does not need to be rinsed out with water. This makes it a practical and time-saving alternative and can be perfectly integrated into a stressful everyday life as a hair care routine.
Leave-in products for curly and wavy hair provide an extra portion of care and often also offer good heat protection.
A leave-in conditioner without silicones is particularly recommended, as it gives the hair

How to use a leave-in conditioner?
- Wash your hair as usual using the Curly Girl method, either with a co-wash product or a mild shampoo, and then rinse your hair thoroughly with clean water.
- Depending on the length of your hair and the product you are using, use 1-2 hazelnut-sized amounts of the leave-in conditioner and distribute it carefully throughout your hair. You can use the popular "Squish to Condish" method, for example, which will help you get lively, bouncy curls.
