How long does shipping take?
Our products usually reach you within Germany within 1-3 working days after your order. For deliveries to countries outside Germany, the shipping time is usually 3-6 working days.
Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not working days.
In exceptional cases, such as during sales events or at Christmas time, there may be delays. Nevertheless, we always do our best to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
Our packages are sent exclusively with DHL - whether within Germany or internationally.
Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver to all EU countries, the USA, Switzerland and Norway.
Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation?
Of course, that’s no problem for us.
Please note the correct information at packing stations.
1. Street field = write "Packstation"
2. House number field = three-digit number of your desired Packstation
3. Address supplement = your postal number
Then just add the postcode and the location of the Packstation – done!

When co-washing, you should massage the product in thoroughly and for much longer than you normally would to remove all dirt.
You should use the mild shampoo most often and co-washes and clarifying shampoos only occasionally.
