Step 1:

First apply a leave-in conditioner or curl cream as a styling base. Then detangle your hair again with the Rainbow Curls Detangling & Styling Brush . Now work a small amount of the gel into wet or damp hair using your preferred styling method (e.g. Praying Hands), ensuring it is evenly distributed. Start with a small amount and use more as needed. To define and shape your curls, you can now knead your hair from bottom to top, curl it with your fingers, or use the Rainbow Curls curling brush to shape the curls. For more definition, hold it at the roots for a few seconds and press the hair firmly into shape in your hands. Now go on to use the Strong Hold Gel for even more hold.

Step 2:

Now distribute a small amount of the Strong Hold Gel in the palms of your hands and work it evenly into wet hair, section by section. To strengthen the curls, knead the gel into the hair from bottom to top while upside down or tilt your head to the side to work it in evenly. Possible styling methods here are, for example, praying hands, followed by scrunching or scrunching, followed by finger coiling. Knead your curls for additional curl definition. Now let your hair air dry or blow dry it with a diffuser attachment on the lowest setting. After drying your hair, don't forget to knead the resulting gel cast with your hands to get soft, defined and bouncy curls.

Tip 1: Let your hair rest for 10-15 minutes before kneading out the cast. Finally, you can gently lift and fluff your hair directly at the roots with your fingers or an afro pick to create volume.

Tip 2: You can also use the styling gels on your refresh days to freshen up your curls.
