Die Produkte wurden mithilfe des Lockenquiz zusammengestellt. Verpackung und Versand war top. Endlich keine trockene, verfilzte Haare mehr. Super seidige Locken mit Volumen und Sprungkraft über Tage. Auch am dritten Tag noch ist das Kämmen fast überflüssig.
Der Kundenservice ist unglaublich bemüht und freundlich. Auch wer Produkte ohne Duftstoffe sucht, wird hier definitiv fündig. Lieben Dank!

Nette Idee, aber Sinn verfehlt

Die Produkte waren nicht mal im Ei drin (und ja, die hätten da locker reingepasst). Die Idee war ganz schön, aber wenn das Ei nur beiliegt ist das aus meiner Sicht unnötige Verpackung. Auch die Rabatte haben mich nicht überzeugt, es war nicht wesentlich günstiger als sonst. Das einzige Gute an der Aktion war, dass ich mir die Produkte selbst aussuchen konnte. Sowas gerne wieder, dann aber bitte mit sinnvolleren Rabatten.

Das mitgelieferte Osterei aus Pappe war sehr billig, hat nicht richtig zusammengepasst und war mit etwas schmierigen überzogen

How long does shipping take?

Our products usually reach you within Germany within 1-3 working days after your order. For deliveries to countries outside Germany, the shipping time is usually 3-6 working days.

Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation?

Of course, that’s no problem for us.

1. Street field = write "Packstation"
2. House number field = three-digit number of your desired Packstation
3. Address supplement = your postal number

Then just add the postcode and the location of the Packstation – done!
